Logic, Truth Tables, and Proper Proof-Writing (Target Audience: All students who have completed the equivalent of Algebra 1) – One-Day Mini Camp
Students will bring their own lunch and drinks to camp.

This mini-camp is designed for those who are new to proof-writing or are intermediates looking to learn how to write better proofs. We will work from the ground up, using the morning to build up logic, work with truth tables, and learn some set theory. The afternoon will be focused on writing basic proofs. At first with set theory, but moving into paragraph proofs by the 2nd hour.

NYU Courant Institute, 251 Mercer St (map). Room 312.

Registration fee:

$150. (Fee may be reduced based on financial need; see FAQ).

Parental consent is required. If the cost presents a financial hardship for your family, you can request a fee reduction on the next page.
